Jiri Prochazka is a former Light Heavyweight Champion, having defeated Glover Teixeira in 2022.
He lost the title to Alex Pereira in 2023 via a second-round knockout.
The title was vacated by Alex Pereira ahead of his move up to heavyweight.
What's the fight card looking like?
The main card will feature Azamat Murzakanov vs. Paulo Costa and Curtis Blaydes vs. Josh Hokit.
The preliminary fights are scheduled to begin at 5 PM ET and the main card at 9 PM ET.
Carlos Ulberg's fight against Jiri Prochazka will be available to watch on Paramount+ and CBS in the US.
The event will also be available on Fight Pass and TNT Sports internationally.
And the co-main event was initially scheduled to feature Joshua Van defending his Flyweight Championship.
But he suffered an injury, which saw his bout pushed back to UFC 328 in May.
So the focus will be on Carlos Ulberg's title shot.
The UFC 327 event will be hosted on Saturday, with Donald Trump scheduled to attend.
